Watching Videos

about a month ago i watched 2 guys 1 hammer and found it sickening to watch, but just couldn't look away, around the same time i watched a video where this young boy jumpes off a railing and slips (attempted to dive into the sea) and instead of diving into the sea, his face cracks in two on the concrete ledge at the bottom. i don't know why but i keep watching these videos, i don't like them and i wish i hadn't of watched them. and everyday in my life the thought of these videos sneak into my mind and it's starting to rlaley mess up my head, i cant stop thinking about these videos?? can anyone give me any advice on how to take my mind of them? do i need to get help? I just wish i hadn't of watched them
